It’s so exciting to bring in a new year with new possibilities, goals, memories, and achievements. It’s nice to get a fresh start every year and I have many exciting things planned for Sprouting Healthy Habits in 2015! I can’t wait to share them! I hope everyone can take a moment and ponder about 2014 the good and the bad then think about what you want to accomplish throughout this year. Last January I talked about goal setting which I totally encourage you to do consistently. I looked over my goals for last year again and wrote down some new ones already. *Remember it’s never to late or too early to check up on those goals and its great to do it often! 🙂
I took a little blogging break (or at least a posting break) during the last few months of 2014 and I’m glad I did. I was able to brainstorm and really clear my head on posts and catch up on so much! I would love to get input from my readers and followers. Let me know what you want to hear about this year or suggestions you might have. A critique is always welcome.
