Based on her studies, as well as studies from other well-known nutritionists she simplifies as well as explains the benefits of high energy foods and how to incorporate them in your daily life.

*Quick Exit Principle and quick exit combinations and foods*
Natalia explains that our bodies work most efficiently when we eat our food and our body gets only what it needs then eliminates the rest. Poor food combinations as well as foods that take longer to digest can leave your body working all day long just to digest just one meal. This usually has bad side effects such as feeling tired, bloated, and causes your body to build up and store waste over time. The waste build up can lead to even bigger problems down the road. Natalia explains why eating light to heavy is better for you rather than the other way around (which is what we are used to hearing ex: large breakfast small dinner) with proper food combinations.
She goes over how everything has some sort of vibration, even your table, chairs etc. Foods filled with high energy, or high “life force energy” give us higher vibration and higher energy. Low vibration foods slow us down, make us sluggish and again over time can cause us to have problems with our bodies.
*Free Flow Principle*
The Free flow principle goes hand in hand with the quick exit principle and helps us eliminate toxins rather than to store them. Natalia talks about cleaning ourselves from the inside out with food, cleansing etc. which helps our bodies be more effective in everything.
I think this book is a must read, no matter how you choose to eat, whether it be vegan, raw, vegetarian, gluten free, paleo, or meat with other combinations. Natalia explains how to incorporate your wants and needs that best suit your lifestyle and choices. I try to incorporate a lot of the principles in this book in my life as well. Sometimes I do stray off track but when I get back to my normal routine I can tell the difference in a great way. When I originally read the book and incorporated these principles in my life I immediately saw a difference with my energy levels, how I felt and I even lost a little bit of weight. But the point is not about being skinny, it’s about being healthy, feeling healthy, having energy, and loving life! I highly recommend this book and even others from Natalia Rose!
