This is probably one of the most delicious ways to enjoy broccoli. It makes a perfect side dish that only takes about 20 minutes to make. Steamed broccoli can get boring sometimes and truthfully I prefer the crunchy texture more than the soft broccoli texture. The key to this recipe is to cook it just enough to have vibrant green broccoli with a slight crunch. It’s isn’t the best as a leftover since the broccoli becomes slightly soggy, or too dry in the fridge. Just keep that in mind when cooking. It’s a bit dangerous to cook this in my house since everyone wants second and third helpings and we tend to get full on the broccoli before we sit down to eat for dinner. Whoops! Oh and make sure you keep an eye on these babies and don’t let them get too dark, I will admit that I have ended up with a burnt to a crisp broccoli side dish before. Not fun!

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups of fresh Broccoli
  2. 3 cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  3. Grapeseed oil
  4. Pink Himalayan Salt
  5. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pan lined with aluminum foil, lightly grease using a small amount of grapeseed oil (rhyme not intended lol)
  2. 2. In a bowl with your broccoli, add in about 5 Tablespoons of Grapeseed oil a small amount more if needed
  3. 3. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix together
  4. 4. Pour out the broccoli mixture in your pan and cook for about 15 minutes or until the tops of the broccoli are slightly starting to turn brown
